The Kamiah Chamber of Commerce is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting and supporting the businesses in Kamiah and the surrounding area. The Chamber is a volunteer group made up of businesses, individuals, organizations, and agencies whose common goal is to make Kamiah a great place to live, work and play.
The Chamber serves you… In 1936, a group of community-minded merchants began to offer a free barbeque dinner as a way of saying thank you to area residents for their patronage. The Kamiah Chamber has carried on the tradition of BBQ days for more than 70 years, organizing and sponsoring nearly every aspect of the Labor Day weekend event. Today, thousands of residents, former residents, and visitors take part in BBQ Days – and the event continues to grow each year.
The Chamber relies on membership dues, donations, and fundraisers throughout the year in order to provide these services to our community. Please help us continue this work by becoming a member or renewing your membership. As a member, you’ll enjoy these benefits:
- Referrals by Chamber staff and other members
- Free listing in the Business Directory of the Chamber website – KamiahChamber.com
- Group advertising opportunities locally and regionally
- Networking with other area businesses
Join us for our monthly Chamber meetings. All are welcome!
- First Wednesday of each month at 5:30 p.m. (potluck) or 6:00 p.m. (meeting)
Kamiah Chamber Welcome Center – 518 Main Street
The Kamiah Chamber is an essential part of our community. Your business can benefit from being a member and personally you’ll be helping your community. Please join us today!
Sincerely,
~ Kamiah Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors
